1. Tata Nexon – 22,434 Units (46% YoY Growth)
The Tata Nexon became the largest selling compact SUV for the third month in a row. The company sold 22,434 units last month against 15,329 in the period of November 2024, marking a growth of around 46 per cent for the year. It also emerged as the best-selling car in the country overall for the month.
Strength was seen in segments like:
- Availability of petrol/diesel/CNG/electric versions
- 5-star Global NCAP safety rating
- Price cuts after GST-revised prices saw price reduction of up to ₹1.55 lakh on specific trims

5. Maruti Suzuki Fronx – 15,058 Units (1% YoY Growth)
The Maruti Suzuki Fronx clocked 15,058 units with a modest growth of 1 %. While growth was constrained, sales held steady.
